Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nose accessories unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other jewelry categories (bracelets, earrings, hair accessories, necklace sets, necklaces, and rings) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Celestiagem jewelry:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return to our studio address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for a different size or style within the same price range. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
