Shipping Information
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- For hygiene reasons, nose accessories cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging and tags
- Ship Your Return: Send to our studio using a trackable service (address provided in approval email)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- We’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval/rejection
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- PayPal refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for different sizes or styles within the same price range:
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
